These Terms apply to the sale of products published on the website https://shareno.hr and in catalogs. By using the website and/or ordering products, the User or Buyer confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these General Terms of Service and terms of purchase, and accepts them in full.
The holder of all rights to the website https://shareno.hr is the company SHARENO CONCEPT d.o.o.
The right to use the website is a personal right of the User and cannot be transferred to other natural or legal persons, nor is the User authorized to register other persons.
The Buyer must be an adult with full legal capacity. Contracts on behalf of and for the account of minors and persons without legal capacity may be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians, while persons with partial legal capacity may conclude contracts only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller bears no responsibility for actions contrary to this provision.
The products available for purchase are advertised on https://shareno.hr, and details about the main characteristics and price are provided for each product. Product photos are illustrative. Differences between the on-screen display and the actual product are possible, particularly due to device settings and/or changes by the manufacturer.
The Seller reserves the right to errors in the description, price, and image of a product as set according to information from the manufacturer. All content is posted in good faith to make product selection easier. The Seller is not liable for unintentional errors. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order with a full refund of any amount paid.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. The price that applies to the Buyer is the price valid at the time the order is placed.
Available payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfer (via payment slip or online banking). Details and availability of individual payment methods are shown during the purchase process (checkout).
Online card payments are processed through a platform that uses the infrastructure of Stripe Inc. as the card payment processing service provider. According to information from the service provider, the platform is certified as Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant - which represents the highest level of security standard in the card payment processing industry.
According to information from the service provider, 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption is used during payment, ensuring the secure transmission of data between the Buyer's browser and the server. The Seller has no access to and does not store the Buyer's payment card details(card number, CVV code, expiration date). All sensitive data is processed directly on the secure servers of the Stripe platform.
Transactions are additionally protected by an automated fraud detection system that analyzes each transaction to identify potential risks. More information about security is available on the service provider's official website.
Registration for purchases in the online store is not mandatory. To complete a purchase, the Buyer must enter a valid email address (one to which the Buyer has access) during checkout so the Seller can deliver order confirmations and information.
The Buyer may create a user account for faster future orders and access to order history. When creating an account, the Buyer enters the requested information and logs in using a one-time access code or a link sent to the email address provided (known as passwordless sign-in). No password is used - each sign-in is authorized via email.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information they enter, as well as for the security of access to their email account. The Seller is not liable for damage arising from unauthorized use of the user account if it resulted from compromise of the Buyer's email account or from the Buyer's failure to protect access to their email.
The desired product is selected by adding it to the cart. The cart contains the selected products and the total price (including VAT), as well as the shipping cost, if applicable.
The Buyer completes the order by entering the requested information, selecting shipping and payment methods, and confirming the order. After the order is submitted, the Buyer is shown a confirmation that the order has been received in the system, and an email confirming receipt of the order is generally sent.
Important - conclusion of the contract: By submitting an order, the Buyer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The automatic confirmation that the order has been received (the "Order received" email and similar) constitutes only confirmation that the order has been received in the system and does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase agreement is deemed concluded at the moment when the Seller sends the Buyer a shipping confirmation for the product, that is, when the Seller dispatches it.
If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product (for example, due to unavailability), the Seller will contact the Buyer and/or cancel the order in order to agree on further action (order cancellation, product replacement, delivery when the product becomes available, or refund of the amount paid if payment has already been made), depending on the circumstances of the case.
If the Seller cancels an order placed through the online store (for example, due to product unavailability) and payment has already been made by card or another electronic payment method, the refund is initiated without delay after the cancellation decision is made.
The time required for the refund to appear in the Buyer's account depends on the rules and timelines of card companies, banks, and payment service providers.
The Seller has no influence over the processing time of the refund once the refund has been initiated through the payment system.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the order. Delivery times and costs are shown during the purchase process and may depend on the delivery location and the selected shipping method.
When receiving the shipment, the Buyer is required to check for visible damage to the package and report it to the courier immediately, and, if necessary, refuse to accept a shipment with visible damage.
The standard delivery time is up to 5 business days from the shipping confirmation of the order. In exceptional circumstances the timeframe may be longer, but no more than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Delivery is deemed completed at the moment when the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer takes possession of the shipment, which is confirmed by a signature or electronic confirmation of receipt.
Uncollected shipments: Failure to collect a shipment does not constitute cancellation of the contract. The Buyer has 30 days to request redelivery (with prior payment of shipping costs) or a return (if within the statutory 14-day period). After that, we charge storage at 1 €/day, and once these costs reach the value of the product, we acquire the right to dispose of it (Art. 194 of the Croatian Civil Obligations Act).
The right of unilateral cancellation of the contract without stating a reason exists exclusively for purchases made through the online store (distance contracts), and not for purchases made in physical stores.
A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to unilaterally cancel a distance contract within 14 days of the day on which the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier) received the product, without stating a reason.
To exercise the right of unilateral cancellation, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision before the deadline expires by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, by letter sent by post or by email). The Buyer may use the Unilateral Contract Cancellation Form available on a separate page: Returns, Contract Cancellation, Complaints, and Material Defects.
In the event of unilateral cancellation of the contract, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the product and the costs of the initial delivery (in the amount of the cheapest standard delivery the Seller offers) no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation statement. If the Buyer chose a more expensive shipping method, the difference in price is not refunded. The Seller may withhold the refund until it receives the returned goods or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Detailed terms, the procedure, exceptions to the right of unilateral cancellation, and the rules for returns and complaints, are published on a separate page: Returns, Contract Cancellation, Complaints, and Material Defects.
For goods purchased in physical stores, there is no statutory right of unilateral cancellation of the contract without stating a reason. Refunds for technically sound goods purchased in a physical store are not available.
The Seller may, in accordance with its own business rules displayed in the store and/or on the receipt, approve an exchange for another product of the same value or an exchange for a product of greater value with payment of the price difference, under the terms and deadlines the Seller sets and communicates at the time of purchase. These rules do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights in the event of a material defect.
The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia. The procedure and contact for complaints, as well as additional rules and deadlines, are published on a separate page: Returns, Contract Cancellation, Complaints, and Material Defects.
The consumer may submit a complaint in writing:
The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint without delay and will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days of the date of receipt.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online consumer dispute resolution, consumers may use the online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) to resolve disputes arising from online purchases.
Access to the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
The Seller's email address for contact regarding the ODR platform: info@shareno.hr

Changes take effect upon publication on https://shareno.hr. The Buyer is required to check the current version of the terms before making a purchase.
These General Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably, and if that is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the Seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
