The holder of all rights on the website https://shareno.hr is SHARENO CONCEPT d.o.o.

The right to use the website is a personal right of the User and cannot be transferred to other natural or legal persons, nor is the User authorized to register other persons.

4. Conditions for the Customer

Only adults with full legal capacity can be Customers. Contracts on behalf of minors and persons without legal capacity may be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians, and persons with limited legal capacity may conclude contracts only with the consent of a legal representative or guardian. The Seller bears no responsibility for actions contrary to this provision.

5. Products, descriptions, and display

Products available for purchase are advertised on https://shareno.hr, and each product includes information about its main features and price. Product photos are illustrative. There may be discrepancies between the on-screen display and the actual product, especially due to device settings and/or changes by the manufacturer.

The Seller reserves the right to errors in the description, price, and image of products published according to information from the manufacturer. All content is provided in good faith to facilitate the customer's choice. The Seller is not liable for unintentional errors. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order with a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise expressly stated. The price that applies to the Customer is the price valid at the time the order is placed.

Available payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfer (general payment slip or online banking). Details and availability of each payment method are shown during the checkout process.

6.1. Online payment security

Online card payments are processed through a platform that uses the infrastructure of Stripe Inc. as a card payment processing services provider. According to information from the service provider, the platform is certified as Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant service provider - which represents the highest level of security standard in the card payment processing industry.

According to information from the service provider, payments use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, which ensures secure data transfer between the Customer's browser and the server. The Seller does not have access to or store the Customer's payment card details(card number, CVV code, expiration date). All sensitive data is processed directly on the secure servers of the Stripe platform.

Transactions are additionally protected by an automated fraud detection system that analyzes each transaction to identify potential risks. More information about security is available on the service provider's official website.

7. Registration and user account

Registration for purchasing on the webshop is not required. To complete a purchase, a valid email address must be entered at checkout (one that the Customer has access to) so that the Seller can deliver order confirmations and related information.

The Customer may create a user account for faster future ordering and access to order history. When creating an account, the Customer enters the required information and, for login, uses a one-time access code or link sent to the email address provided (known as passwordless login). A password is not used - each login is authorized via email.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information they enter, as well as for the security of access to their email account. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by unauthorized use of a user account if it occurred due to the compromise of the Customer's email account or due to the Customer's failure to protect access to their email.

8. Ordering process (online store)

The desired product is selected by adding it to the cart. The cart shows the selected products and the total price (including VAT), as well as shipping costs, if applicable.

The Customer completes the order by entering the requested information, selecting the delivery and payment method, and confirming the order. After the order is submitted, the Customer sees a confirmation that it has been received by the system, and an email message regarding the received order is typically sent.

Important - contract formation: By submitting an order, the Customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The automatic order receipt confirmation (email "Order received" and similar) only confirms that the order has been received by the system and does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is considered concluded at the moment the Seller sends the Customer a shipping confirmation or dispatches the products.

If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product (for example, due to unavailability), the Seller will contact the Customer and/or cancel the order to agree on further action (order cancellation, product replacement, delivery when the product becomes available, or refund of the paid amount if already paid), depending on the circumstances.

If the Seller cancels a webshop order (for example, due to product unavailability) and payment has already been made by card or another electronic payment method, the refund is initiated without delay after the cancellation decision is made.

The time needed for the refund to be visible in the Customer's account depends on the rules and timeframes of card companies, banks, and payment service providers.

The Seller has no influence on the duration of refund processing once the refund has been initiated through the payment system.

9. Delivery and collection

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times and costs are shown during checkout and may depend on the delivery location and selected delivery method.

Upon collection, the Customer is required to check for visible package damage and report it to the courier immediately, and if necessary, refuse to accept shipments with visible damage.

The usual delivery time is up to 5 business days from the shipping confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, the deadline may be longer, but no longer than 30 days from the contract date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Delivery is considered completed at the moment the Customer or a person designated by the Customer takes receipt of the shipment, which is confirmed by signature or electronic receipt confirmation.

Uncollected shipments: Failure to collect a shipment does not constitute contract termination. The Customer has 30 days to request redelivery (with prior payment of shipping costs) or a return (if within the legal 14-day period). After that, we charge storage at €1/day, and once the costs reach the value of the product, we acquire the right to dispose of it (Art. 194 of the Civil Obligations Act).

10. Webshop and physical store: differences in customer rights

The right of unilateral contract termination without stating a reason applies exclusively to webshop purchases (distance contract), and not to purchases in physical stores.

10.1. Webshop (distance purchase)

A Customer who is a consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days from the day the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), received the product, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of unilateral termination, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision before the deadline expires by an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email). The Customer may use the Unilateral Contract Termination Form, which is available on a separate page: Returns, contract termination, complaints, and material defects.

In the case of unilateral contract termination, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the product, as well as the cost of initial delivery (equal to the cheapest standard delivery the Seller offers), no later than within 14 days from receipt of the termination statement. If the Customer chose a more expensive delivery method, the price difference will not be refunded. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the Customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Detailed conditions, procedure, exceptions to the right of unilateral termination, and rules for returns and complaints are published on a separate page: Returns, contract termination, complaints, and material defects.

10.2. Physical stores (in-store purchase)

There is no statutory right of unilateral contract termination without stating a reason for goods purchased in physical stores. A refund for technically sound goods purchased in a physical store is not possible.

The Seller may, according to its own business rules posted in the store and/or on the receipt, approve an exchange for another product of the same value or an exchange for a product of greater value with payment of the difference, under the conditions and deadlines set by the Seller and communicated at the time of purchase. These rules do not affect the Customer's statutory rights in the case of a material defect.

11. Complaints and material defects

The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia. The procedure and contact for complaints, as well as additional rules and deadlines, are published on a separate page: Returns, contract termination, complaints, and material defects.

12. Written consumer complaint

The consumer may submit a complaint in writing:

  • by email to: info@shareno.hr
  • by post to: Bukovacka cesta 25, 10000 Zagreb
  • via the contact form on the website
  • in person at one of the SHARENO stores: Bukovacka cesta 25, 10000 Zagreb; Varsavska 13, 10000 Zagreb or Josipa Jovica 93, 21000 Split

The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint without delay and respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

13. Out-of-court dispute resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online consumer dispute resolution, consumers may use the online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) to resolve disputes arising from online purchases.

Access to the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Seller's email address for contact regarding the ODR platform: info@shareno.hr

14. Limitation of liability and technical issues

The User acknowledges that service interruptions or events beyond the Seller's control may occur, and accepts that the Seller is not liable for data loss that may occur during the transmission of information over the internet. Access to the website may occasionally be interrupted, temporarily unavailable, or suspended.

Use of the website is solely at the User's risk. The Seller is released from liability for damage arising from unlawful actions of third parties, computer viruses, communication line interruptions, unauthorized access, inappropriate conduct, negligence, and similar circumstances, as well as other cases for which the Seller is not responsible.

15. Changes to terms

The Seller reserves the right to change the content of these General Terms, the product range, prices, or the content of the website at any time if deemed necessary. Changes take effect upon publication at https://shareno.hr. The Customer is required to check the valid version of the terms before making a purchase.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies to these General Terms. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably, and if that is not possible, the materially competent court at the Seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
